"Hair is the crowning glory of a woman" they say...but I believe that it is the crowning glory of everyone. Its health and its look will make you the "YOU" that you want to be. If you want to be seen as the neat one, the healthy one, the beautiful one...or the messy, unruly and not-a-care-to -look-at one, IT DEPENDS ON YOUR MANAGING YOUR HAIR.
I personally opt for long, shiny, luxurious and healthy hair. It gives me much confidence to know that I make people crave to have one like mine. I carry it around with pride. I feel sexy and every bit a woman every time it is made known to me with admiring stares and glances. But its not mere coincidence that I have it nice and long. I manage it. And there is the so called diet for healthy hair if you want one for yourself as well. The B-vitamins , some minerals and certain amino acids are the ones most appropriate to assure of its health. Have long hair vitamins if you are having problems with yours. Do you find it dull from luster? Is it dry? Is it limp? Is it frizzy? Maybe there are split ends each time you try to have it long therefore you end up having it trimmed once again? Your hair needs the right nutrition and care just as your body does.
In washing long hair, one do not just wash it in any way you wanted. I do it upside down from scalp to tips to avoid it from getting too tangled that will make it hard to comb thus breaks in two when you do. Conditioner is an everyday need. It is best that you use shower comb with large tines while still in the shower and with conditioner than during drying, wet hair are very fragile. Avoid rubbing it with towel to dry since this creates friction. Instead squeeze and dab off the water with the towel to dry. Cold water rinse helps close the cuticles therefore best to do. Wrapping it with a towel is not recommended since it do damage to the roots as well.
See, its not just sudden glorious hair. It needs to be cared for properly.
