What makes it hardest to ease off in Opiate Addiction or any other addiction is the fact that you first have to admit that you are addicted.
It is most common that people go into denial. Not just the ones in the very problem, but even the family that actually have a major contribution in solving the serious concern. Acceptance is the road to your success in combating this addiction. It is the way to achieving your goal of going back to who you were before all the destruction, the trauma, the confusing life you have now. Start over! Life is so beautiful to just let it go as it is. Why have storm clouds when you can have rainbows in you life?
With addiction you are not ruling your life, instead it is being ruled by you. You have every right to live it as you please, to be happy as anyone deserves. But you have to have the upper hand.
