I honestly know that we have to have continues learning. That we just can't rely on previous knowledge. Because THINGS change. Knowledge grows. What you know today may not be what it will be tomorrow.
Being in the medical field, we recognize the fact that there are new findings every so often. There are new cures, new ways, new almost everything. And we have to be adept to changes and we have to be able to relay to others what is the latest. Therefore, learning is entertaining. It is something that always amazes me. It is something beneficial and so it is a MUST to know. WE MUST CRAVE FOR NEW "LEARNING'S"...WE MUST SEEK AND LEARN.
There are of course many ways to do such. Depending on your interest, you can look for books or articles about it. You can see them personally or browse through viable sites. You can go to forums, conventions, seminars or talks. There even are cd's about a lot of stuffs.
It simply is a hunger in me. To know more than what I already know, to be able to satisfy myself and to be able to share to others what others may not have the way to get them.
