It also gives low self esteem thus ending up to having uncomfortable sexual experiences just because we are not proud of the body we have. We feel that we are undesirable thus not enjoying much of what naturally should be enjoyed. It always is pitch black in the bedroom and we tense the moment there's more touching and cuddling.

One most common is the "no sitting down after a meal because the food partaken will stay in your belly instead of flowing as it should". Very much untrue in the explanation but can be applicable to weight loss in the sense that sitting down makes you burn LESS calories than standing up, walking or more so exercising (not right after a meal, that is). The sitting down definitely will not stop the digestion because it can continue on whatever position you are in.
So again, we go back to what is proper, DIET AND EXERCISE. The topic being the very "flat abdomen" or weight or body beautiful or health in totality...these two still are the answer to losing extra pounds and budges.
