It’s not only for you and me, kids also do need it. You may even say that they are overly exercised actually, LOL! But not every kid is. In this last century, kids are getting more and more into indoor games. Mostly, sit-down games that the incidence of childhood obesity is getting higher by the hour. They are more into computer games than physically running or jumping.
It is such a sad thing for me to see overly fat kids though they look cuddly and cute. In the medical field they are classified Malnourish. Malnourish can either be under-nourished or over-nourished, as defined as improper nutrition. And being one puts them more at risk to health problems since they are NOT at all healthy.
So all you parents out there: see to it that your kids get the right amount of exercise everyday. Limit their computer games and television times, or they will end up being couch potatoes and sickly.
