Diet + Exercise = Healthy Body
This has always been my mathematical formula to achieving good health. And with this comes measurement. Calories were measured one way or the other, may it be in cups or by approximate daily intake. Kilograms or pounds points to body weight, and specific goal is to be achieved if motivated by the weighing scale. Same goes with our 36-24-36 vital statistics, or somehow near it or alike to its shape.
What is painful to see is our blood chemistry results that does not go with the normal mmoL; which in turn equates to the symbol Rx for the instructions of procedures or intake of medicines from our very caring MD’s.
Thus it all comes back to the formula and our need to derive to that answer we hope to get = GOOD HEALTH.
