A neighbor is on a six o’clock fad diet, a cousin is doing Tae Bo (or taibo, thaibo, taiboh…whichever you call it but Billy Blanks, the creator of it, says it’s spelled Tae Bo really! ), your couch potato best friend eating only in moderation, and your brother doing 300 abs exercise daily and eating like a pig.
WHAT IS REALLY THE THING TO DO?
It has always been DIET + EXERCISE for me to achieve a HEALTHY DIET. But with further research, if you really want to lose the bulges or to simply tone up, you have to know which exercise! Right now it is cardio exercises that will help you burn those calories. And there’s so much to choose from. You don’t have to try and stick to an exercise that does not fit your lifestyle nor push yourself to do something that you will not enjoy…which in the end will never work out because “you’ve had enough” and “you can’t go on anymore”.
A few days ago, I visited a co-blogger that’s been running, and running, and running. No problem with it because SHE LOVES RUNNING! Russ is a motivation to my firming-up desire, and I told her so. We can call her a health buff for she is concerned not only with her physical activity but also with her caloric intake. And she mentioned cardio exercise.
