This phrase has been goin’ for a couple of years already. It has been passed from generation to generation. And not only to kids…even to adults. Sad part is, it’s not always true!
Yes, it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals, but so are other fruits. Infact, some are even better.

But consuming one per day of this fruit may not be good for you just as it was for me...if you're the constipated sort.
