HAIR LOSS AND VITAMINS

"HAIR IS THE CROWNING GLORY OF A WOMAN" or a man's, I believe! This is the reason that everybody truly have a lot to fear the moment there is an increase of daily hair falls. It should not be more than a hundred per day normally. But if more than that, you should be alarmed enough to think through if you are abusing your hair with hair treatments. The chemicals we let the hair salons put in our hair can very well damage it to cause it's brittleness, frizzy-ness, dryness or it's all- together falling out and loss.

It is more common to hear of female hair loss since we may be more vain with our looks thus is more often seen in those hair salons changing its color, making it curl if we're borne with a straight hair or having it straightened if we have normally curly hair, and so on and so forth. But truth be told, male hair loss is actually more common. Agree with me that you see more balding men than women?! Well, maybe we again can blame it on vanity...we just could not let ourselves go bald as men can.

Nevertheless, may you be a MAN OR A WOMAN suffering from hair loss or not, YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER WHAT FACTORS YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO TO NOT HAVE HAIR LOSS THAT COULD LEAD TO BALDNESS.

Have you thought of the hot showers that you may be taking that you may be directly pouring down your hair therefore damaging the hair and the follicles? What of the hair treatments? And what most forget...the vitamin deficiency or toxicity that can also be causing your hair loss?

Vitamin A found in cabbage, apricots, carrots, peaches, eggs, milk, cheese; Vitamin E in green leafy vegetables, seeds, dried beans, nuts; B-vitamins like Inositol in citrus fruits, whole grains, liver, and in yeast; Vitamins B3 in meats, fish, wheat germ and brewer's yeast, B5 in egg yolk, meats, and yeast B12 in bananas, white and sweet potatoes; Biotin in egg yolk, kidney, liver, yeast, and milk; Folic Acid in citrus fruits and tomatoes and also in ortified grain products and beans (lentils); Zinc in beef, lamb, pork, crabmeat, turkey, chicken, lobster, clams and salmon, therefore even protein which can be found in meat, fish, chicken, soy, and eggs are essential in the health of our hair.

You may be overwhelmed with all those sources of this and that...but the key is to have BALANCE DIET. Eating a variety of food everyday can make you consume them all. And it's mostly from fresh fruits and vegetables than junk foods from quick to-go foods.
