COFFEE AND COLA ADDICTION

Very first reaction one would get with this term is DENIAL.
Acceptance to this fact is necessary to implement treatment. But this being something commonly used by almost every one in the whole wide world in the form of coffee, cola and chocolates, makes as perceive it to be not as grave as alcohol, cocaine, methamphetamine, opioids, or nicotine addiction. Consuming caffeine seems harmless enough to be concerned about, and it being widely accepted by the general public makes it all the more easy to get hooked to. Be informed though that “caffeine is associated to a number of physical and psychological syndromes similar to other drugs” as was stated in myaddiction.com who also calls caffeine as the widest used psychoactive drug in the world.
Although, addiction to caffeine differs in the amount of consumption, that some just need to put off the craving with a sip or two or some needing buckets of it. Lucky you to be amongst the first set of addicts than the second since it only will be psychologically affecting and not physiologic which may cause a health problem.

I crave for coffee sometimes but the downside is para akong ninerbyos after drinking it.. Sorry for not visiting often, so bsuy packing our stff here.. next month na kasi ang move namin..
